When can I expect my shipment?

Crates usually ship within 48 hours or less, not including weekends or holidays. Road cases usually ship in five working days or less.

Do you offer custom sizes?

Absolutely. Please use the form below and tell us what you are looking for.

Can I reuse the crates?

Yes you can. Our crates are extremely durable and made from thicker 1/2 inch plywood.

How can I get a hold of customer service?

The best way is by using the form at the bottom of this page. Emails are usually answered within 48 hours, not including holidays and weekends.

How often will I hear from you?

Once your order is placed, our design team begins its review then the production team schedules your order. If there is a problem or questions, you will be contacted. Otherwise, the next communication will be a completion notification. You can always check in with us at any time.

Why is my order taking longer than the quoted lead time?

Most orders ship within 48 hours or less as described above. Larger quantity orders will obviously take longer, and sometimes large batches of weekend orders may delay shipping times. Overall, over 98% of orders ship within 48 hours.

What are your payment terms?

All orders are 100% prepaid. We accept all major credit cards and personal checks. Cash is not accepted. Crypto is not accepted. Personal checks will delay your order until payment clears.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your order for a full refund up to 24 hours from the time you placed it. Larger quantities and for orders that have not been started and cancelled up to one week from order date, there is a 15% cancellation fee.

Specifications and dimensions.

Dimensions are EXTERNAL and are expressed in inches. They are formatted as Length x Width x Height. Images are graphic representations and colors may vary based on your computer monitor or phone screen.

How do you ship your products?

Domestic orders ship FEDEX, UPS or US mail. Standard shipping is ground service. International orders are usually shipped DHL but this can vary. We will contact you for additional information. International orders are FOB our plant. This means you pay the shipping. You may also be required to pay customs and duties depending on your home country. We ship almost anywhere in the world except active war zones and certain closed countries.

Do you offer any discounts such as student, military, law enforcement or non-profit?

Not at this time.

Are you a Tenecor® company?

Yes, we are.

Do you sell on Ebay, Amazon, Etsy, Facebook or other social sites?

No, we only sell from one of our websites. If you see a Tenecor® product on these platforms, it is probably from a private party and not from us.
